Heard Shri Patil, the learned Counsel for the applicant/appellant.

There is a delay of 184 days caused in filing the appeal challenging the enhancement of compensation awarded by the Reference Court. In spite of service upon the respondents, reply is not yet filed.

After going through the averments in the application, I am satisfied that sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay. Hence, the delay caused is condoned. The application is allowed and disposed of.
