Since no order prejudicial to the interest of respondent nos. 2 and 3 is being passed, the requirement of issuing notice to the said respondents is waived.

The limited grievance of the petitioners is that that though the petitioners' arguments are advanced as way back as in March, 2014, the appeals have not proceeded further and decided.

In that view of the matter, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the learned Presiding Officer, School Tribunal, Nagpur to decide the Appeal Nos.19/2008, 24/2009, 62/2010, 25/2011 and 56/2011 filed by the present petitioners, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three months from today.
