This application is filed by the applicants for cancellation of non-bailable warrant issued by this Court on 8.2.2021 against the appellants for their non appearance.

Learned Advocate for appellants states that he has filed his power recently after taking no objection from earlier Advocate on record. He prays for two weeks time to prepare the matter for final hearing.

In that view, non-bailable warrants issued against the appellants on 8.2.2021 are stayed. Place the matter for final hearing on 3.3.2021.
