The non-compliance of the order dated 8-12-2017 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.6996 of 2016 is the grievance in this contempt petition. As per this order, it is directed to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to provisionally pay an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of the order.

Both the learned counsel for the respondents submit that the order of this Court has been fully complied with. 4.

Thus, the petitioner has no grievance.

In this view of the matter, as the grievance of the petitioner is redressed, nothing survives in this contempt petition and the same stands disposed of.
