This application is filed by the applicant for cancellation of non-bailable warrant issued by this Court on 8.2.2021 against the appellant for his non appearance.

Learned Advocate for appellant states that he has filed his power recently after taking no objection from earlier Advocate on record. He prays for two weeks time to prepare the matter for final hearing.

In that view, non-bailable warrant issued against the appellant on 8.2.2021 is stayed.
