Shri Agrawal, the learned counsel for the applicant, states that the applicant would take appropriate steps for seeking the documents from the concerned authorities that had issued the same. It is stated that though the documents are not with the applicant and are possessed by the respondent only, the applicant would not press this application and would take other appropriate steps.
In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the application as not pressed. In regard to the recovery of arrears of maintenance, the applicant is free to file the proceedings before the executing Court.
