Though several prayers are made in the instant petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner has pressed the prayer for absorption of the petitioner in some other school. It is the case of the petitioner that he is liable to be absorbed by the respondent no.1-Education Officer in some other school, after the school in which he was working was de-recognized.

The learned Additional Government Pleader had made a statement on the last date of hearing that the petitioner was directed to join in some schools, where he was sought to be absorbed but, the petitioner refused to join in the said schools. Some other undesirable acts on the part of the petitioner were also pointed out. It was informed on 26.02.2016 by the learned Additional Government Pleader that there is a vacancy in Maharashtra High School, Khamgaon and the said school may permit the petitioner to join in the said school as the roster in the said school was verified. Therefore, we permitted the petitioner to join in Maharashtra High School Khamgaon, on 29.02.2016.

WP1254-15 It is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has joined in Maharashtra High School, Khamgaon on 29.02.2016. The said fact is also confirmed by the learned Additional Government Pleader.

In view of the aforesaid position, the grievance of the petitioner would stand redressed. The writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
