The petitioners herein have challenged the order passed by the School Tribunal Nagpur in the appeal preferred by the respondent no.1 whereby the order of compulsory retirement passed by the petitioners has been set aside and the respondent no. 1 has been directed to be reinstated in service with full back wages.

During pendency of the proceedings the petitioners and respondent no.1 have entered into a compromise. As per the terms of compromise the petitioners have withdrawn the order of punishment with regard to compulsory retirement and instead by paying an amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- to the respondent no. 1 have treated the respondent no. 1 as having voluntarily retired from service. The Pursis is signed by the petitioners and the respondent no.1. The petitioner no. 2 and respondent no.1 are present in the Court today and they admit the terms of the compromise.

0407wp861.15 In view of aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of compromise between the parties dated 04.07.2016. Copy of the compromise petition is taken record and marked 'A' for identification. Writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No costs.
