DATED : MARCH 31, 2016 Smt. Dangre, learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent no.1, upon instructions, states that this year admissions in petitioner College will not be subjected to Common Entrance Test. In view of this statement, Adv. Manohar for petitioners, submits that with liberty to petitioners to raise appropriate challenge to Government Resolution, which attempts to extend Common Entrance Test to all private aided Medical Colleges, the writ petition may be disposed of. He further submits that if occasion arises, challenge shall be pressed into service.
In this situation, in view of statement
3103wp1141.16 2/2 made by the learned Government Pleader, we dispose of the writ petition with liberty as prayed for by Adv. Manohar.
