DATED : 25-02-2020 The applicant, who is charge-sheeted for offences punishable under Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 3(a),(c),(d), 4, 7 and 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, is seeking enlargement on bail.

The bail granted to the applicant was cancelled by this Court for breach of conditions of bail.

This application is a gross abuse of the process of law. The applicant has not even pleaded that there is any change in circumstances. The attempt is to reopen the issue. The bail having been cancelled for breach of the conditions of bail, it would be impermissible to consider the case of the accused on merits.

The application is dismissed.
