This is an application for grant of bail.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant to some extent perused the investigation papers at this stage I have shown my disinclination to grant bail.

Considering the evidence which is appearing against the present applicant liberty can be granted to the applicant to move to this Court after receipt of the CA report.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file after CA report is received.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
