Perused letter dated 14.01.2025. This Court vide order dated 09.01.2024 has directed the Trial Court to decide the suit within stipulated time. The learned Judge, however, has put forth petty excuses for seeking extension of time. The excuses are that the suit, which was directed to be disposed of within the stipulated time, is being delayed as another suit is clubbed together at the instance of the parties; the presiding officer was on leave on a couple of occasions; the plaintiff's Advocate is available only in the first half and the certified copies applied for by the counsel have not been received by him. If this is how, the time bound matter is to be dealt with, the Trial Court will be required to go on seeking extension of time.

In the circumstances, with the hope that the learned Judge of the Trial Court will decide the suit within the extended period of six months from today with by applying skill of the case management. Accordingly, time is extended by six months from today. Convey accordingly.
