Criminal Application (ABA) No.80/2019:

Without going in detail of the case. There is no dispute that complainant and applicant formed a private limited company and started the business/hospital. Some of the partners namely Muttemwar and others left the company. Dispute started between the partners of the company. As per the submission of learned Senior Counsel, the dispute is pending before the Company Court. It appears

aba80.19.O.odt from the report lodged by the complainant that the dispute is of civil nature. Hence, the following order: [i] Ad-interim anticipatory bail is granted.

[ii] In the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No.19/2019 registered with Police Station Sitabuldi, Nagpur, applicant be released on bail on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in like amount on condition that he shall attend Police Station Sitabuldi, Nagpur once in a week i.e. on every Sunday in between 10:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m.

2] Issue notice to the non-applicant/State, returnable on 27.02.2019.

3] Ms. Udeshi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives notice for the non-applicant/State and seeks time to file reply. Time till 27.02.2019 is granted.
