Shri Pramod Sirsikar is present in person. He states that he has filed one more affidavit on 10th July, 2018. A copy of that affidavit is not available on Court record.

However, we have permitted to read that affidavit. The affidavit attempts to point out factual errors in earlier orders.

Writ Petition No.3493/2017 was disposed of on 15th September, 2017 after hearing counsel for petitioner. Applicant thereafter filed Miscellaneous Civil Application No.1159/2017 through same counsel. That

2 cao895.18 miscellaneous civil application has been disposed of after hearing on 12th January, 2018. There we have also observed that fresh consideration of controversy again in review jurisdiction could not be undertaken.

This is second review petition which is preferred by petitioner in person. We have on 8th June, 2018 pointed out this situation and gave him time to consult Advocate. On 22nd June, 2018 we again gave him time to consult Advocate.

Petitioner thereafter has filed additional affidavit as mentioned supra on 10th July, 2018. 6.

As second review petition cannot be looked into and is not maintainable, we dismiss the same. No costs.
