Shri M. R. Joharapurkar, learned counsel for the respondent states that the respondent has filed Writ Petition No. 403 of 2016. Office to take appropriate steps and place both the writ petitions together for admission. Civil Application (CAW) No. 1102 of 2016: Perused the order dated 14.10.2015 by which the petitioner has stated that amount of Rs. 7000/- per month would be deposited in this Court without prejudice. Considering the aforesaid order, the application is allowed and the respondent is permitted to withdraw Rs. 84,000/- deposited by the petitioner in this Court. Needless to state that this withdrawal is without prejudice to the rights of the parties. Civil Application disposed of.
