The petitioner by way of present petition has sought a direction to the respondents to publish the selection list as per the merits by relaxing the condition of experience of five years. As far as this prayer is concerned, the respondents have already published the selection list, wherein the name of the petitioner is included. Thus, to this extent, the petition has become infructuous. However, as far as the second part of the prayer made in the petition to the effect that the respondents be directed to issue the appointment order to the petitioner is concerned, that direction cannot be issued, as there is no right created in favour of the petitioner only because that his name is included in the selection list. 2.
