Civil Application No.3006/2018 This is an application for stay. Mr. Kadu, learned counsel for the applicants submits that he has instructions that the applicants have already deposited Rs.3,22,614/- before the reference Court. He further submits that a cheque of Rs.4,88,620/- is ready with him for depositing the same before this Court.
