By this application, applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 194 days in filing the application for restoration of First Appeal St. No.6578/2019 which was refused to register by the order of the Registrar (Judicial) due to non removal of office objections.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 194 days is hereby condoned.

It is stated that after filing of the appeal, the matter was listed before the Registrar (Judicial). However inadvertently the office objections are not removed. The appellants are having good case on merit. Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.
