DATED : 13-01-2025 Having heard for some time, there appears dispute on the count that parties entered into compromise to the effect that in lieu of reinstatement in service, the petitioner shall let go her claim towards back wages. In the circumstances, it will be difficult to infer that the respondents are willfully not obeying the order passed by the School Tribunal.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the purpose will be served, if the petitioner is allowed to pursue remedy under Section 13 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Regulations Act, 1977. The request, being reasonable, is accepted.

Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
