This application seeks intervention in the present petition at the behest of one Mohanlal Mannalalji Agrawal. It is contended that the intervenor along with other persons claim to have been elected in the election held on 12.5.2019 and the change report bearing No.285/2019 in that regard has been filed with the office of Assistant Charity Commissioner which is pending for disposal on the basis of the election dated 12.5.2019 the intervenor and the newly elected Committee claim to be in possession of the trust properties, considering which, it would appropriate if they are heard.

The intervention application is accordingly allowed.
