DATE : JULY 28, 2015 As the application for amendment that has been rejected by the trial Court had been moved after commencement of the trial. At this interlocutory stage I am not inclined to consider the prayer for permission to amend the written statement. It is open for the petitioner to challenge the order rejecting the amendment in appeal if occasion for the same arises. The challenge in that regard is kept open.

Writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
