By the said order, the State was directed to report compliance failing which the petition shall stand dismissed. Subsequent thereto, the petition was again adjourned as the State sought time to comply with the order in the matter.

As such, the petition is listed today.

It appears that till today, the order dated 07.04.2025 has not been complied with by the State in spite of granting sufficient time. 6.
