The Civil Application 1061 of 2023 is disposed of. CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO. 3607 OF 2018 The application is for seeking stay to the effect, operation, implementation and execution of the
2 19-F.A. No.784.2019 impugned judgment and award dated 24.07.2017 passed by the Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Amravati in L.A.C. No. 29/2007. The applicants has already deposited the amount of compensation along with accrued interest.

In view of that the effect, operation, implement and execution of the impugned judgment and award be stayed till final disposal of the appeal.

The Civil Application No. 3607 of 2018 is disposed of.
