Heard learned counsel Shri A.S.Manohar for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri N.R.Rode for the State.

This application by the applicant for grant of pre-arrest bail is second one. His earlier application for grant of pre-arrest bail, registered as Criminal Application (ABA) No.667/2019, was rejected by this Court on merits on 9.10.2019. The applicant, thereafter, approached before the Honourable Apex Court challenging the order passed by this Court by filing Special Leave to Appeal (Cri.) No.9476/2019. On 21.20.2019, the Honourable Apex Court dismissed the appeal. The said order is placed on record along with this application at page No.39. Perusal of the said shows that at the time of dismissal of the appeal, at the request of learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant, the .....2/-

aba89.20 18 Honourable Apex Court granted time to the applicant, till 5.11.2019 to surrender before Competent Court and to apply for grant of regular bail.

In this view of the matter, this application for grant of pre-arrest bail cannot be considered. Hence, on very first day of hearing, I reject this application and the said is rejected and disposed of accordingly.
