Shri N.R.Saboo, the learned counsel for the petitioners states that in a Writ Petition involving an identical issue, this Court had directed the respondent no.3 to take a decision in accordance with law, on the report of enquiry forwarded to him by the respondent no.4, in regard to the eligibility of the grant to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks a similar order in this Writ Petition also.

Shri A.S.Fulzele, the learned Additional Government Pleader does not dispute that the issue involved in this Writ Petition and the decided Writ Petition bearing Writ Petition No.1143/2015 is the same.

20.10.wp.1031.15 Hence, we dispose of the Writ Petition, with a direction to the respondent no.3 to take a decision in the matter of the eligibility of the grant to the petitioner-society in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks.

Order accordingly. No costs.
