By this petition, the petitioner is challenging the notice dated 09.02.2022 issued by the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, City Division, Akola.

During the course of the submission it is made clear to this Court that the petitioner has already participated in the externing proceedings and he has already filed his reply to the show-cause notice, which is challenged before this Court.

It is clear that since the petitioner has participated, it is quite possible that after hearing the petitioner and after considering the reply, the authority may pass appropriate order. Even otherwise, this Court always restrain itself from interfering in extra ordinary writ jurisdiction in challenging the notice. The writ petition stands dismissed.
