The learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the matter with liberty to move the Sessions Court as during the pendency of this application, charge sheet in the matter. He further submits that the applicant is 70 years old and therefore, the trial Court be directed to decide his application at the earliest.

Order 3103ba151.21 withdraw, with liberty as sought for. Further having regard to the old age of the applicant/accused, the trial Court shall endeavor to decide the application for bail which would be moved by the applicant, as early as possible.
