We have interviewed the child in the Chamber for a considerable time. The minor girl was not ready for increasing the time of access for more than two hours, as was granted by the order dated 02.08.2017. Since we find that the girl was reluctant to stay for a longer time with her father, we do not intend to modify the order and review the entitlement of the applicant for grant of interim custody of the minor child, so as to grant a larger time for access.

The civil application is disposed of accordingly. JUDGE JUDGE APTE
