Heard learned advocate Ms. Ritu Jog for the petitioner and learned advocate Shri A.V. Kapgate for respondent no.4-Education Officer.

The present petitioner and respondent nos. 1 to 3 have compromised the matter and they have filed joint pursis in Writ Petition no. 1992 of 2019. It was filed by the Management and the Head Master. Accordingly, the writ petition was disposed of on 27th March, 2019. In view of that compromise, the petitioner has filed a pursis at Stamp No. 5186 of 2019. The petitioner do not want to continue with this proceeding. The respondent no.4 is not objecting by keeping open the objections, which are permissible by law.

The contempt petition is disposed of as not pressed. No order as to costs.
