Heard Shri Deopujari, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Mirza, learned APP, for the respondents.

Shri Deopujari, learned counsel submits that in view of steps taken by the respondents in the matter, at present the petitioners have no grievance left. He, however, points out that Special Court, which is expected to expeditiously consider the matter, is giving little longer dates.

The learned APP submits that Special Court has to attend to several other matters and it cannot be said that longer dates are being given.

We do not wish to observe anything on the dates being given by the Special Court. The Special Court is constituted with particular purpose. It is, therefore, open to the petitioners to request that Court to expedite the matter.

1607cwp136.14 Hence, with liberty to the petitioners to request the Special Court to expedite the matter and giving them leave to approach this Court again, if any grievance/ cause of action arises, we dispose of the present Criminal Writ Petition. No costs.
