DATE : 20-03-2023 Mr. Jagdale, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submits that the proceedings before the Labour Court are pending. He further submits that in case the matters are directed to be decided finally within a period of 2 months, the petitioner shall make all necessary arrangements of his witnesses for getting the matter decided with that time frame. He further submits that since 2019, the employment of the petitioner has been protected by various Courts including this Court which may be continued.

As the petition challenges the interim orders and the employment of petitioner stands protected since 2019, it would be appropriate, if the protection is continued for a period of two months more by which time the Labour Court shall decide the complaint before it.
