Mr. Wachasundar, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that in this petition interlocutory orders passed in IDA Case No.06/2013 were challenged. However, during the pendency of the petition the proceedings in IDA Case No.06/2013 are finally decided by the Labour Court, Akola, which judgment is also subjected to challenge by separate proceedings. In view of this, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to challenge the impugned orders at Annexures-A, B and C. 2.

Permission to withdraw the petition is granted with liberty as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
