This application is moved by original complainant - Puja Sunil Ingale for withdrawal of amount deposited by applicant No.1.

Learned counsel Shri Yogesh Mandpe for nonapplicant No.2, submits that in view of orders passed by this Court on 14.12.2020, applicant No.1 has deposited Rs.70,000/- with Registry of this Court. The order dated 14.12.2020 shows that it was admitted by husband Sunil that he was in arrears of Rs.70,000/- and he will deposit the said amount. Accordingly, the amount is deposited. 4.

Since the amount deposited with Registry of this Court is towards maintenance amount, in our opinion, there is no impediment in allowing this application. Consequently, we allow this application.

For reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Non-applicant No.2 - Puja Sunil Ingale is permitted to withdraw Rs.70,000/- deposited by applicant No.1 with Registry of this Court.

With this, the criminal application is disposed of accordingly.
