The learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the absence of remedy under the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005 for seeking the execution of the orders passed by the authorities in appeal, the petitioner may not have been entitled to file a complaint under Section 18 of the Act and it would be necessary for the petitioner to file a writ petition for seeking the implementation of the order of the appellate authority.
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition in this background with liberty to file appropriate proceeding. Permission and liberty are granted as prayed for.
