DATED : 28-02-2020 The applicant is seeking enlargement on bail in Crime 448/2019 registered with Police Station Balharshah for offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468 and 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The broad case of the prosecution is that one Ajay Gupta availed finance from Hinduja Finance Company for purchasing Truck bearing registration MH-40/BL1728 and one Deepak Singh was the guarantor. Ajay Gupta and Deepak Singh changed the chasis and engine numbers and transferred the Truck in the name of the applicant, is the prosecution case.

I have perused the case diary.

At this stage, the possibility that the applicant himself a victim, is a real possibility. I have not come

2 ba130.20 across any incriminating material in the case diary. 5.

No useful purpose shall be served by continuing the incarceration of the applicant.

The application is allowed.

7.

The applicant be released on bail on furnishing personal bond of Rs.25,000/- with a solvent surety of like amount.

The applicant shall attend Police Station Balharshah as and when directed by the Investigating Officer, till the filing of the charge-sheet. 9.

The applicant shall not make any attempt to tamper with the evidence or to influence witnesses. JUDGE adgokar
