We have heard Shri Mandlekar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Smt. Dangre, learned GP with Shri Pathan, learned AGP for the respondents. We find that the issue has been gone into by this Court in Writ Petition Nos. 443 of 2015, 601/2015 & 892 of 2015. The learned counsel for the Contempt Petitioner has also argued one of the writ petitions. On 25.03.2015, this Court has passed appropriate orders and disposed of those writ petitions. It is not in dispute that after those orders, the petitioners are not facing any problem.

Shri Mandlekar, learned counsel attempts to demonstrate the treatment extended to the petitioners before said order. However, as amends have now been made, we are not inclined to examine the issue in Contempt Petition.

With liberty to the petitioner to approach again, if any cause of action arises, we dispose of the present Contempt Petition.
