As per the contention of the learned Counsel though they have intimated the appellant on various occasions, the appellant is not turning to give instructions to conduct the matter, therefore, notice was issued to the appellant, however the appellant refused to take the notice.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the Counsel named above be discharged. 5.

Notice be issued to the appellants to engaged another Counsel.
