Shri J.B. Kasat, the learned counsel for the respondent no.1-Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Amravati, states that the petitioner has an alternate remedy for seeking the revocation of his suspension by making an appropriate application before the Chief Executive Officer under Rule 3 (5) of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishads District Services (Discipline & Appeal) Rules, 1964. By upholding the preliminary objection raised on behalf of the Zilla Parishad, we dispose of the writ petition, with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings. No order as to costs.
