DATE : 25-11-2022 Mr. Shriwas, learned Counsel for the non-applicant, on instructions, has no objection for the transfer, considering which, the Petition No.A-800/2021, pending before the family Court-4, Nagpur, is hereby transferred to the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Gadchiroli, in view of what has been held in D. Raja Rajeswari Vs Satish Kumar (2022) 2 SCC 329.

The parties shall appear before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Gadchiroli on 02-12-2022 and shall place a copy of the order before the learned Court for apprising the same. The non-applicant shall also place a copy of this order before the Family Court-4, Nagpur, on 29-11-2022 in order to apprise the learned Court for the same and to take appropriate steps for transfer of the petition to the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Gadchiroli.

In case there is Video Conferencing facilities available with the Court at Gadchiroli, any application filed by the non-applicant for appearing in the proceedings through video conferencing shall be taken into consideration, unless the personal physical presence is desired by the Court.

It is made clear that all the proceedings instituted by the

2/2 applicant at Gadchiroli shall be listed on the same date so as to avoid any inconvenience the non-applicant/husband.
