This application is taken out for suspension of sentence.

The accused is convicted for offence punishable under section 376 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and is sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 10 years. Considering the accusation which has been held proved by the trial Court, I am not inclined to suspend the sentence, however, since the learned counsel for the appellant states that the appeal be heard early, let the appeal be listed for final hearing on 21.6.2019. The R & P is received.

The learned counsel for the appellant shall file on record copies of the depositions and such other documents
