The present contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 09.08.2019 in Writ Petition No. 5618 of 2019. The learned Assistant Government Pleader states that by the decision dated 10.08.2020 rendered by the respondent - Scrutiny Committee, the claim of the petitioner is invalidated. In view of the statement made by Assistant Government Pleader nothing survives in the contempt petition. The contempt petition is disposed of.
