Respondent nos.1 and 2/claimants are seeking withdrawal of amount of Rs.27,22,197/- deposited by the appellant/acquiring body towards compensation with the Land Acquisition, Resettlement and Rehabilitation Authority, Nagpur in Reference Case No.1476/AMT/BLD/2021 alongwith interest.

Learned counsel for the appellant/acquiring body is not having any objection for such withdrawal. 4.

As such, respondent nos.1 and 2/claimants are permitted to withdraw the entire amount of compensation alongwith interest accrued thereon till date of filing application before the Land Acquisition, Resettlement and
