DATED : 17/04/2018 By this application, the petitioner seeks modification of the order passed by this Court on 27/11/2017.

According to the petitioner, the amount payable by him to the respondent comes to Rs. 1,36,000/- and therefore, the condition imposed by this Court regarding deposit of Rs. 3,00,000/- be modified.

Though the application is filed with the request for speaking to minutes, in terms the petitioner is seeking review of the order.

The petitioner has not been able to point out any apparent error on the face of record which necessitates exercise of review jurisdiction.

The civil application is dismissed. No costs. JUDGE Ansari
