Heard both the sides. Read the averment more specifically in paragraph no.4 of the affidavit filed by the respondent. There is a grievance that the respondent being the head of the establishment has not complied with the order passed by learned Special Recovery Officer. The respondent was directed to deduct a particular amount from the salary of the employee who is working on the establishment headed by the respondent. The order is passed by learned Special Recovery Officer on 19/12/2018.

The concerned employee who has taken loan from the petitioner Bank has retired and entire outstanding of loan amount has been liquidated and now there is no outstanding against the said employee. This has been averred in the affidavit in paragraph no.4. The petitioner Society does not want to prosecute this contempt petition anymore and pursis to that effect on Stamp No.04/2021 has filed. In view of that contempt petition is disposed of for want of non prosecution.
