The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to respondent no.2 to decide the second appeals filed by him.

Shri Bhuibhar, the learned counsel, has taken instructions from respondent no.2. He submits that the appeals are not decided because they are filed beyond the period of limitation. However, Shri Karode, the learned counsel, disputes the said position and submits that the appeals are within limitation.

We cannot go into the question as to whether the appeals are within limitation or not. It is for the respondent no.2 to take appropriate decision in that regard. In that view of the matter, we dispose of the petition with a direction to respondent no.2 to take decision in accordance with law within a period of one month from today.
