By this Application, the applicant is seeking exemption from appearing before the Court on the premise that he is suffering from Hernia and was operated twice. He submits that there occurred post surgery complication and, therefore, it is difficult for him to move from one place to another. The medical documents in support of the contentions have been placed on record.
