DATE : NOVEMBER 30, 2016 We find that the grievance of the petitioner substantially stands satisfied. Insofar as the payment of salary for the period from June-2010 to June-2013 is concerned, Mr. Bhandarkar fairly states that the management and the school will send the necessary bills of salary to the competent authority.

On receipt of the bills, the competent authority shall take a decision in accordance with law. Insofar as the remaining grievance of the petitioner is concerned, we grant liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the Project Officer, Integrated Tribal Development Project, Gadchiroli. On such a representation being made, the said authority would consider the claim of the petitioner on its own

cp55.15.odt merit and if it is found that the petitioner is entitled to any monetary benefits, the same shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of three months from today. The contempt petition stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
