The petitioner has prayed that respondents be directed to release his vehicle (tractor) along with the trolley, which is seized by respondent no.1. 3.

In response to notice, reply is filed on behalf of respondent no.3, and along with it, a copy of order passed by the Sub Divisional Officer and Sub Divisional Magistrate, Chandrapur on 22.03.2019, is placed on record. By this order dated 22.03.2019, directions are issued to release the said vehicle

Learned A.P.P. for the respondents and learned Advocate for the petitioner state that in view of the order dated 22.03.2019, the grievance of the petitioner does not survive and the petition has become infructuous.
