The original claimants/legal representatives of the deceased want to withdraw an amount of 6,20,856/-, which is ⎎ʕ the decretal amount deposited by the appellants before the Labour Court, Nagpur.

There is an opposition that already respondent no.2/ Ravindra has given a job on compassionate ground and hence they are not entitled for withdrawal.

This issue cannot be decided at this stage. At least 50% can be granted. Hence, the order :-

O R D E R

The Labour Court, Nagpur, is directed to transfer 50% of 6,20,856/- along with the accrued interest in the bank ⎎ʕ account of respondent no.1/Smt. Sushila on personal identification and as per the rules of that office and by filing undertaking that she will return the amount if, the decision of the appeal goes against her.

Application is disposed of.
