DATED : 20/02/2023 By this application, appellant Insurance Company is seeking condonation of delay which is caused in preferring the appeal.
Issue notice to the respondents, returnable in eight weeks.
Appellant is permitted to serve the respondents by all modes of service.
Civil Application (CAF) No.470/2023 By this application, the appellant is seeking stay to the execution and operation of the Judgment and Award passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Amravati in M.A.C.P. No.21 of 2015 dated 10.10.2022.
On depositing the entire amount of Corrected as per Order dated 02.05.2023.
(2) 41.caf.469.2023---2 compensation along with the accrued interest within four weeks, the operation, execution of the award passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Amravati in M.A.C.P. No.21/2015 be stayed till disposal of the appeal. On failure to deposit the amount of compensation within above said period, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further Reference to the Court.
